Dean's Message

Postgraduate College of Nursing was established almost 20 years ago. However, graduate and postgraduate classes could not be started in the college in spite of adequate staff and infrastructure. After its establishment, KMU took the initiative and in collaboration with PGCN and Health Department started the four years B.Sc Nursing and the two year B.Sc Post RN Classes. The first batches were admitted in 2009

The Principal and faculty of PGCN have to be congratulated who took all the efforts to make both the program a success. KMU also took a number of steps to help PGCN to provide quality education to the students B.Sc programs. It arranged the visiting faculty which the PGCN lacked in some subjects. It also provided teaching aids like multimedia.KMU gave teaching titles to the faculty of PGCN along with honorarium.
